Strengths: Very high quality simulation, fantastic graphics and addictive

Weaknesses: Resource hungry product which just does not work in a low-config PC

If there is one game which can truly make you glued to your location, then it has to be the Flight Simulator X Deluxe Edition which is racy and satisfies many users wish to fly a fighter jet. In fact, Flight Simulator has been rated as one of the best 'boys' toys' available and ends up on many a gift list irrespective of the age of the recipient! The best bit comes fro the fact that real pilots have given a thumbs up sign for the Flight Simulator and the quality of experience it offers.

Like all Microsoft products, the Flight Simulator X Deluxe is very resource hungry and be prepared to face major issues when using a PC which might not be running on the latest configuration. The Flight Simulator X Deluxe looks great and requires some really good hand eye co-ordination to get you through to the right direction. In fact, the age groups most addicted to the Flight SIM are not teenagers but men between 25 to 45 years of age.

The Deluxe version does face some flak from users due to its size but when you see the high quality graphics, it is easy to understand why Microsoft overshoots the requirement. Other than that, Flight SIM is not for the light-hearted or those who are looking for quick gratification. It is likely to take hours of practice for you to be able to execute a good sortie and by then it is most likely that you will be horribly addicted! Either ways, Flight SIM is an excellent way to spend your Friday night and enjoy it as well!
