A camera with Wi-fi abilities is probably a technocrat’s dream and the Nikon Coolpix S6 promises to be just that (at least in its catalogue). The Coolpix S6 is ideal for reporters who would like a camera which allows them to send off the images to another recipient without having to bother to connect to a PC. However, the performance of this feature does not leave a user very excited and the implementation is more like a complicated science project, still at its nascent stage.

The other very interesting characteristic of the Nikon Coolpix S6 is that it is very slim. The camera looks like a large phone and has the feline looks which make it look very ‘cutting edge’. A major difference between the beautiful camera design and the buttons are that they are at the other ends of the usability spectrum. The buttons are poorly designed even though the click wheel is quite intuitive. The Coolpix S6 is most suitable for amateur photography as it provides decent images with true-to-life image color.

The Coolpix S6 is a good quality product which does not disappoint in performance or in looks. The only issue is the Wi-fi implementation which is there in the camera but in a very limited capacity and leaves the user wanting for more. The list of virtues of Coolpix S6 also includes an attractive price tag which makes it affordable to all users and since it is a quality product from Nikon, you can be rest assured that you will be able to captures some special moments in life without any worries.
