Strengths: Ease of programming, Compatability with different brands of entertainment equipment, Fantastic Tech Support if the need arises, Re-Chargable, Good placement of buttons

Weaknesses: Let me think...................No can't think of any.

I bought this remote on recommendation from a colleague of mine. Boy I am so glad that the conversation of multiple remotes came up.
The initial programming may take a little while as you need to have all the makes and model numbers of your entertainment equipment ready to go. You then jump on line and add one item at a time into the intuitive software that is supplied with the remote. Hit the 'Update Remote' button and the remote gets programmed. You then go and try it out. There is a 'Help' button on the remote which you can use if things do not quite work the way you intended. This help button is very intuitive and will ask you questions. All you do is press the Yes or No button till it is all working as you want. Once this process has been completed, it will remember how you want things to work and you will not have to us the help button again.
In my case all went extremely well except for a small issue with my Set Top Box. I use two inputs on my Set Top Box. One is PVR (TV) and one being Satellite Radio. Each time the Set Top Box was switched off, and then switched on again, it would default to the last chosen input (TV or Radio) irrespective of what choice you made. One short call to the Logitech Harmony Remote dedicated Call Centre, and all was working well. The problem lay in the long time my particular set top box took to start up. While I was there I asked if there was any way I could program the 'White' key on my original remote onto the Harmony (The Harmony has, red, blue, green and yellow function keys). This too was fixed in a blink of an eye. They remotely installed a 'White' soft key. I was just ecstatic.
There is only one piece of advice I can offer, and that is....."Get one, you will love it"!!
