Strengths: “Wow” fragrance with tones that can really set an evening on fire

Weaknesses: You need to ignore the bottle design; it’s terrible!

I was not attracted to the perfume in the first place…mostly because the bottle was very dull looking and the name Hypnotic Poison did nothing to make me interested in it. I could not however, NOT know how this perfume felt and smelt so I just had to take the tiniest whiff just to make sure I know how it was and I am glad I did! Hypnotic Poison smells amazing and has an aromatic appeal which is strong and powerful.

Hypnotic Poison is one perfume which is very deceptive as you can already make out from my experience. It holds your attention even in a crowded place and just a bit of Hypnotic Poison on your wrist can go a long way. This perfume is also a significant improvement over Poison which was just too overpowering a fragrance to enjoy fully. Hypnotic Poison is most suited for evening wear and it tends to morph as it settles on your body.

If you have not heard or seen Hypnotic Poison before, you will be surprised to note that the perfume has been around for quite some time and is often featured prominently in many stores. It also comes as surprise that a reputed house like Christian Dior should have such a poor designed perfume bottle for such an awesome perfume, but then, there just might be some strategy behind that as well! Hypnotic Poison does not come cheap, but once you smell the fragrance, you are not going to complain about the price.
