Strengths: excellent spin cycle, washes well, easy to use, compact design BUT WAIT THERES MORE
Weaknesses: it stopped working after 2 weeks...due to a problem with the computer boards.

Yes thats right after 2 weeks it stopped working with an error code not listed in manual..E90...if you get that code its a bad one... the service agent has been 4 times to my house and replaced the boards etc. this process has taken 5 weeks. Electrolux customer care were difficult to liaise with until I demanded to speak with a manager, who has now assured me a replacement.... i am still hopeful, however I would not recommend this product or the Electrolux company. It has been a very frustrating experience as I have 3 children under 5 and a mountain of washing 2nd daily...I now have to wait another week to get a new one, which means a trip to friends to wash...if you are a parent you will be sympathetic.

Take my advice mum of 3, ask eletrolux to swap your machine for one of these,just bought one a week ago it is an Electrolux model no. EWT959SA,but is a top loader ,works like a dream,water efficent like a front loader, is a 9 and a half kilo,but also comes in a 8 kilo as well.Would highly recomend it!
