Strengths: Smart looking phone with features and a budget to suit most requirements

A good looking phone manages to achieve half the sales pitch and that is the case with the LG KE820. The slim looking phone not only makes a cool fashion statement, it also makes the user feel delighted each time they use the phone and you feel very 'connected' to your mobile phone. On the features front, the LG KE 820 does not compete very heavily with the new-age smart phones but it does offer a good value proposition.

The feature list of the LG KE820 is a bit limited due to its non-3G capabilities but even then it manages to offer a 2 megapixel camera which might not be the best around but gets the job done. Other than that, the KE820 offers music listening tools along with a Radio player which is not too bad. Some users feel that the LG KE820 is quite masculine and in some ways the black color does make it look like that.

Lightweight and reasonably priced, the KE820 offers average battery life and allows users to plug in additional memory (which is usually not required). As mentioned earlier, the LG phone does not have 3G features but does include GPRS, Internet connectivity via EDGE and Bluetooth options. Go ahead and buy the KE 820 if you are looking for a reliable phone with drop dead good looks!
