My eurolab vac seal does not extract the air from the bag but does seal.The pump is working fine no blockages in tubes can you help. Is there a manual on trouble shooting.Thank you

Strengths: I bought the vacuum pack and was very pleased. I didn't have to wait long and package was fine. My friend now wants one, so I will order again when they come in.
Weaknesses: The only thing it will not pack is things like baked beans in sauce and things with liquids, but I am happy.
