Strengths: Produces excellent espresso in the right hands Ability to texture milk and pour espresso simultaneously Good aesthetics Programmable group head temp, steam temp and 'wetness'
Weaknesses: Fairly noisy when operating The previous model (EM6900) had many build quality and reliability issues

Strengths: Has nothing to recommend it over similar brands
Weaknesses: Poor quality construction - has had a series of faults since new. Comes with free useless plastic tamper. Brew quality is marginal because water temperature too cold. Low steam output.
