What is the Fastest Intel C.P.U. "QuadCore", that can be put in this motherboard and the price of it,the "Chip".and ram too I suppose.

*** "My specs" are as follows,(E4500 intel core2 duo 2.2 ghz)
,2 Gig ram king****
, 320 Gig HD(not sata),even after I had bought it, installed it, and loaded everything back on.
( Was asked why I had not bought the sata hd, that was cheaper & the same brand),by the store owner, "arr what I can here you saying".
, I have a couple of connectors for them.
, 1x 8500GT 512 meg (128bit), by the way ( Which is Faster , 1x really Good 512mb 128bit fast hertz pci-e card, or 2x Crappier pci-e cards 256mb in "SLI Mode".)
, all internet connections working really good.
, WIN XP home (but fully updated).
, Maybe Vista Ultimate next year possibly.
, XP cranking at the momment (why change when going good).
, 5.1 logitech sound, (really cranks up high )no distortions at all.
, It also say i can go to 7.1 surround in wanting too.
, (Wife says its too loud now and sounds great now to.)
