We are from Bangalore India, we need to buy this machine for our use. So kindly let us have the manufacturers name and the technical spec. of the above machine. Also let us know the shipping charges and mode of payment.

no I tried the web site for the manufactures e-mail but could not find it , the paddles witch throws the ground coffee through the entrance have broken and I want to buy some more Iv been looking for about 4 weeks I hope you can help me

don't know the answer to your question,all i know is that a Sydney based company called northern star is the main importer of this load of crap,yes crap is the only word for eurolab products.there own warranty tells you that they have no confidence in there own product. do what i did,bin it & never look at another eurolab product again.

HI Jentle, You are right about trying to look up the Eurolab web site...I could find none. Best suggestion you would get for the day, chuck the coffee machine, save yourself some headache and pick up one of the better known brands (which at least have a current web site, service numbers and preferably someone in Australia) from the really long list at www.myshopping.com.au/PT--296_Small_Kitchen_Appliances_Coffee_Machines__fs_6567_e__
