What is the difference between "tennis shoues" and "runners"? Technically, doesn't seem to be much. Good side support and sole flexibility is all you need. i personally find Asics to be the best for my feet, but in the end everyone's feet are different..

Dear Bolonez, running shoes usually provide support on the fore-aft position which is under pressure during running. Tennis shoes on the other hand provide excellent grip and side way support which is required when playing tennis. These differences might not be significant but wearing the right shoes can make all the difference in your game and also offer right care for your feet.
