RAM Problems

I've recently bought a PC with this hardwares:
CPU:AMD Phenom II X4 955
MB:Gigabyte GA-MA790FXT-UD5P
RAM:2 x (2GB DDR3 1333 Dual Channel Corsair)
VGA:MSI Radeon 4850 1GB GDDR3
Power Supply:500W Thermaltake
OS:Windows XP SP2 2002
My games loadings take too much time. I think the problem is my OS but the problem is really serious that i think the OS can't has such an effect.
any idea?
