i have a sony vaio leptop vgn-cr25g but there is one problem when i start the leptop then widows start up sound is coming but when i play the song or watch a move then voice is not comming so pls help me how to do?

I've got Sony VAIO VGN-CR25G
I currently moved from Vista to Windows XP, I have got a lot of problem on drivers: for sound, wireless, webcam, bleutooth, etc, please I do appreciate if any one can show me where to get those things fixed? Plz e-mail me at ( solohery@ymail.com ) .Thanks in advance
