Hi Dani, the optimum option would be to call Sunbeam customer service and check if they can supply the spare parts to you. There are currently no retailers selling spare parts online at myshopping.com.au expresso coffee machine so it might not be all that easy to locate it online. If you want to check out some other espresso machines to evaluate buying a new one (versus buying spare parts for this one), then you can check out the coffee machines listed at www.myshopping.com.au/PT--296_Small_Kitchen_Appliances_Espresso_Machines__fs_6565_e__

I have the same machine bought for me at christmas 08-DONT FIX IT, buy another brand- my first one the pump jammed on and could only be turned off by removal of power supply, it was supposedly replaced with a NEW one-the NEW one leaks water from within the casing and floods the bench top(water is leaving the casing from where the power cord goes in-not very safe). Sunbeam state not there problem and to take it back to the approved service center. Service ctr is being helpful but still will take up to 4 weeks to order in replacement-thats on top of the time that I have had to wait for the first one to be replaced-Not real good for 5 month old appliance-My previous one was a Kenwood, no bells no frills but lasted 10 years.
