Has anyone had issues with this machine with black bits getting into their washing?

I think a seal or something similar has worn away (after 4-5 years) and now everytime I wash my clothes when I remove them they are covered with little bits of what I believe to be a thin rubbery material. Just wondering if anyone else has had a similar issue and what the resolution was?

Hi, the problem seems like a rubber seal which is now way past its use-by-date and needs replacement. You would need to call in a technician and have him change this rubber component. In fact, while you are it, make sure you get all the other rubber components checked as well and changed so that you don't face the same problem again in the near future. Do this at the earliest to avoid the problem spiralling into something else.

Hi, I am disappointed to read that Gary Homestown believes that the black bits are "Hi, the problem seems like a rubber seal which is now way past its use-by-date and needs replacement."
We have recently, (last 3 months) purchased this machine and have had this happening since day1!!! It was still in the packageing, BRAND NEW!!. How can this "seal" be stuffed?I am going to take the "bits" down to the store I bought it from tomorrow and see what story they come up with. Should be interesting!
I think, if it is a seal, they can have the whole machine back and give me another.
