What is MPEG movie mode resolution 640x480VGA and 320x240 QVGA. What is the best to use. Also what is the recording system NTSC/PAL. How do you use these?

640x480VGA is a higher resolution, so would be better for viewing on a computer or TV. The Protax DV-7000 supports both PAL and NTSC. We use PAL in Australia so you save in that format.
