I did not get the desired results when making my first batch,the amount produced was about less than a cup full,why?

hi Noeleen, why am I not surprised by your post? Simple reason being that Eurolab ice cream makers are not really the best around and it can result in the situations mentioned by you such as incorrect output etc. I would suggest that you buy another ice cream maker if you want to have good results ( you can check out the entire range at www.myshopping.com.au/PT--296_Small_Kitchen_Appliances_Ice_Cream_Makers__fs_9497_e__ ). However, if you want to still use the Eurolab, then I suggest trial and error till you get the proportions right. :)

the recipes in the manual are really small, try increasing it or searching for recipes on the internet.
also the ice cream should be really soft, if you want a more frozen ice cream move to a container and freeze it for a bit more...
