Has anyone bought this product? Can you please give a brief review? Does it need a window exhaust kit or hose to be installed? Is a flexible hose long enough provided?

Hi Azza
I recently bought the highlander portable airconditioner, In side the drainage draw theres a plastic pipe with a stopper on the end, Is this pipe supposed to some how go inside the drainage box
Ive looked in the manual and the only time its mentioned the pipe was if at the end of the season you wanted to drain all water out of it
The aircon just cuts off after a minute and then comes back on 5 mins later
I thought these units would just plug in and be ready to use
