Hi Jeff, if you visit the Dell website, this exact same video card is an available upgrade option: configure.us.dell.com/dellstore/config.aspx?c=us&cs=19&l=en&oc=DDCWFA1&s=dhs, so there is a very good chance that it can fit in your slim tower, you just need to make sure that you have that PCI-e slot still available for use. I don't think it is DVI+HDMI output though. Hope that helped!
