need instructions on how the program works

Well, you get the instructions when you buy the actual product, however I'm guessing you want to know where you can get a tutorial on this program, however there aren't really any on the Internet, so you will have to make do with some simple trial and error and the help section. Hi there, I am assuming you are referring to the Arcon product featured at www.myshopping.com.au/PR--290699_Arcon_3D_Home_Designer which looks like an excellent product but comes at a really steep price tag so I can understand your concern about wanting to know how this works. As far as my software knowledge goes as a power user, the application will require some fundamental idea of interior design measurement terms and 3D visualization skills. Other than that, like all design softwares, this one will also have a well built HELP section which should be able to get you going in the right direction. The last bit of suggestion which I have is to actually download a trial version of this software and practice with it before you buy the full version. That should give you a good idea and also test your knowledge with a 3D software which is slightly different from other 2D modelling softwares.
