card with good connection quality?

Category: Question about International Phone Cards
Posted by: 24-Jul-2008
I am wasting money trying to find a phone card with a good connection quality. I have a lot of close family living both in the USA and New Zealand and I call people ranging from the very elderly to the very young. The quality of cards I have been trying (buying online) has been so bad that I have had to call back using the regular landline. A lose/lose situation for me. I have emailed online phonecard sellers on more than one occassion asking for advice and have never had a reply. My local connection would have to be somewhere in or between Byron Bay and Tweed Heads/ Coolangatta.
Any help much appreciated.
Thanks

Have you been trying to buy these phone cards from this website? If they were so bad, why don't you put up some reviews of the bad cards you've had, to save others the time and money you've unfortunately lost. Moving on, You will need to make sure that the phone cards you do buy are from an exchange close to you. That is why buying phone cards over the web isnt a great option, so I would wanna see the card in person and you can find those at service stations etc

Thanks Tito. No, I haven't tried purchasing from this website in particular - I only just joined. Yes, I will take the time to make some comments in the reviews. One of my problems is that I am rural. I tried 2 newsagents in the nearest town on Monday this week and neither had 'phone cards. I did not realize that service stations carried them - so thanks for that information also.

Oh I see you're rural, then buying online then makes sense. That could also be the reason why the international phone card exchanges are poor. No problems, I hope it all turns out well for you.
