where is the volume key for the ringtone

Hi Coralie, The Samsung A412 features some good basic functionality and is a fairly decent mid level phone from Samsung. More product details can be found at www.myshopping.com.au/PR--257758_Samsung_A412_Mobile_Phone and if you look at the picture closely, you will notice that the volume buttons are placed on the right of the phone. Most phones are likely to sport the volume button on the left so that you can easily manipulate it with your thumb but the Samsung S412 has is placed on the side. Other than that, the Samsung A412 is a very user-friendly product and you are not likely to face any problems with it. THe nice silver finish of the phone makes it look lot more expensive that it is and with a pricing which is very suitable for most budgets, you are likely to be satisfied with the purchase. Personally, I liked the clock on the phone's face...it is a welcome break from the digital clocks and very handy...almost made me forget that I wear a wrist watch as well!
