I have ordered Tuscany Per Uomo by Aramis 100ml Eau de Toilette Spray from "DiscountPerfume.net.au" via your site. They have taken funds from my account yet dont reply to emails and noone answers their phone & the order status always says processing....

Supposed to be a Sydney based company, Very unprofessional and I have lodged a notification of "Goods Not Received" with the Banking Institution and this company will be investigated. Do you check that your advertised businesses are legitimate? Do you screen them and investigate their authenticity? If NOT, you SHOULD as part of good business practice.....and to safeguard users of your site.

Be careful when purchasing from some of the sites with prices that are exceptionally cheap. You will get what you pay for. Generally, before I purchase, I make sure that an ABN number and a land line number are clearly visibile or I won't purchase from a website. If I have these details, I know I have enough information to provide the bank/police if I need to.

I had problems with this store too. Order wasn't completed and I had to wait for refund two month. So far in my experience the best online shop for perfumes and toiletries is USA based FragranceX.com. Good prices, excellent communication and service. Already placed 3 orders - about 9 items and received them within one week. Prefer to buy from overseas than locally. Always something wrong. If you can pay with AMEX. They have excellent chargeback policy.

Why send your money overseas when there are some great merchants here on myshopping.com.au? I would much rather deal with someone locally wherever possible. Don't let one bad purchase put you off completely.

Make sure the merchant has a visible phone number so that you can place a call through. If you ring them, you can put your mind at ease by placing a call and talking to a real person about your perfume needs and the availability of the product.
