Why does the simpson SWT802SA 8kilo top loader only have a one star rating?

When i looked on myshopping.com.au was wondering why it has only a one star rating on the review.it says to read it but when you do there is nothing there,so what is wrong with the machine to only achieve one star?Does anyone know out there as i was going to buy one.I have changed my mind and hope that the new machine im buying will be good,as it is a new model and there aren't any reviews yet that i can see on my new purchase either.i think it is the equivalent model only push button in an eletrolux.Supposed to be made by the same company anyway.Model no. being EWT95SA.Any information being a proper answer would be appreciated.

The reason for the 1 star rating is probably from the merchant website, where the product can be purchased from, in regards to MyShopping, I don't think there are any comments on this machine yet.

Surprised it got a rating at all, because this machine is a piece of crap. What happens is the water is pulled through the clothes which means the fibers pulled out of your clothes are deposited back on your clothes. Some fibers manage to get into the lint filter, but very few considering what's left on your clothes. Whites are grey and the clothes come out extremely wrinkled and hard to iron out. Don't touch this machine, you will be so disappointed.

I bought this machine 6 months ago. It has been a disaster. It never washed my clothes correctly. It has died and am getting a store credit for a new machine. Steer clear of this machine.The lid has rust, the computer has died,the motor is broken along with the brakr solenoid,lid lock,in essence everything that could go wrong has gone wrong. And yes...... the fibers are deposited right back onto your clothes.
