we have purchased a wide screen tv its a hotpoint hpdp 421 and i cannot seem to find where to purchase either a new remote for it as ours has packed it in for some stupid reason and we have not even had the tv for a year yet. we purchased it at joyce mayne
here on sunshine coast and they are of no help all they said is they dont even stock the tv anymore and we only bought it round sept last year . they also tell us remotes are not
covered under warranty and to go buy a universal so went shopping today for one do you think i could find one that matches our televsion nope so where to now?. thinking of calling joyce mayne themselves , we havent bought so much from them and whenever we have a problem with anything electrical there we sort of get shoved off and im not impressed thinking its time to start shopping elsewhere.

any ideas on what to do how to find a remote for this particular tv???.
