problems with LG service

It is Jan 26 today, it was the end of October when I first called LG customer service about my screen changing colors that were not right, after calling LG twice trying to troubleshoot the television they had decided to have someone look at my T.V. at a repair shop, after getting the crappest service ever from 2 repair stores that could not or refused to fix my television I had been constantly on the phone with LG trying to get a replacement since it still has 1 year left on the warranty. WEll, 3 months of multiple calls of being put on hold for up to a 1/2 hour, sending my receipt to them twice and endless promises that they are going to do something about it they still have not. My 42 inch plasma gives me a headache because of the incorrect changing colors, please do yourself a favor and if you live on mid Vancouver Island do not buy LG because there is no service here!
