If you want clean clothes, this machine is not for you. Very touchy re detergents, spin is way too harsh leaving wrinkles that will not iron out. But it's main problem is the water is 'pulled' through the clothes, which in turn pulls the fibres out of your clothes and deposits the fibres back unto your clothes. This means it leaves a residue of fibres/lint that is difficult to remove. Great system if you like the look of dirty clothes. The filter that is provided doesn't work well and generally has very little lint in it, because most of it goes onto your clothes.

Although this machine says it saves water, you must note that is ONLY when using the 'Eco Rinse', which actually doesn't rinse your clothes well enough. In order to rinse your clothes properly you need to use the full rinse cycle thereby not saving any water at all.
